Consume low sugar foods to keep your insulin levels down which will help cells to maintain a healthy balance.

Regular exercise

Studies show that exercise will increase blood circulation to the skin and hence remove all the toxins in your skin cells and the body at large when you sweat. Your skin will always be glowing after an exercise. Just take a 30 minutes’ walk every day in the morning. This will ensure you get rid of the toxic substances in your skin and maintain a healthy beautiful skin.

Enough sleep

Enough sleep is beneficial for both skin and general wellbeing. Try having quality sleep at least 8 hours a day. Just like you, your skin can get tired and sag if you don’t get enough sleep. Drink enough water

This will remove all the oil on your face and soap impurities that may be left on it when you were showering. You can wash your face at mid-day and also at night before you sleep.

Reapply sunscreen


Sunscreen will protect you against skin damages caused by the UVA rays. This rays can darken your skin and also cause skin cancer. Therefore, moisturize your skin every time you are outdoors with an SPF. You can also adopt a mechanism of reapplying your sunscreen every few hours.
